TECAPEI® is a Ultem® PEI Polyetherimide thermoplastic that is translucent and amber in color, with exceptional mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. TECAPEI® also has high creep resistance over a wide range of temperature, good resistance to hydrolysis, and good dimensional stability.

- Since the resin used to extrude this product complies with the FDA regulation it should be chemically acceptable to the USDA for repeat use applications in slaughtering, processing, transporting and storage areas in direct contact with meat or poultry products
- NSF Compliant Standard 51 - Sabic Innovative Polymers™ Ultem® 1000 series natural are NSF 51 listed for all food types up to a temperature of 375 F.
