Celazole® TK-60 is an unreinforced blend of PBI-PEKK (polyetherketoneketone). The main advantages of TK-Series over T-Series are the higher Glass Transition (Tg) temp and improved dimensional stability in thin walled parts. TK-Series offers a 25C higher Tg of 171C vs. 145C for T-Series. TK-Series is slightly more amorphous reducing the tendency to warp in thin/straight-wall parts. Processing can be more challenging with Celazole TK-Series when compared to Celazole T-Series and may have limited availability.

In many cases the manufacturer of the shape has their own product trade name. If your specification calls for a specific resin grade or manufacturer trade name, we can supply a shape made from that resin to meet your specification or suggest an equal. If you require a specific resin or brand it must be specified at the time of order.
