General Info
Lignostone® Cryogenic is a densified wood laminate made from beech veneers and thermoset resin. Lignostone® has been used in international shipping for decades to provide cryogenic insulation in LNG and LPG tankers with volumes of up to 180,000 m³. The laminated densified wood insulates the large-dimensioned LNG and LPG tanks from the ship's hull and is approved by many leading companies.
Proven applications include insulative applications for LNG storage tanks, fuel tanks, and pipe systems, which contribute towards the efficiency, durability, and reliability of these applications.

Resin Trade Names
Manufacturer Trade Names
Boedeker Plastics, Inc. stocks & supplies plastic sheet, rod, tube, film and custom profiles and machine parts from these shapes that are produced from plastic resin. In many cases the manufacturer of the shape has their own product trade name. If your specification calls for a specific resin grade or manufacturer trade name, we can supply a shape made from that resin to meet your specification or suggest an equal. If you require a specific resin or brand it must be specified at the time of order.
