General Info
XtremeEPP™ 1838 CFB Composite Frac Balls offer are formulated for applications that require a ball that is light weight with a custom specific gravity of 1.1, high strength, tough and dimensionally stable.
XtremeEPP™ 1838 CFB Composite Frac Balls have mechanical properties that are not affected by fiber reinforcement orientation like G-10 and other common composites used for frac balls. This offers the benefit of consistent mechanical properties regardless of ball orientation when it is seated in the plug.
Key Features include a Low Specific Gravity of 1.1, 350 F Service Temp., Uniaxial Compression Strength of 19,000 PSI and a Hydrostatic Crush of over 22,000 PSI.
Custom specific gravity formulations are available.
