General Info

BOETEK™ Static Control 48-SD is a specialized formulation of Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) polymer engineered for critical applications that require static control, dimensional stability, high strength, and stiffness, as well as superior thermal performance, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 475°F continuously. It is ideal for semiconductor and electronics applications.

This product has a surface resistivity range of 10^6 to 10^9, placing it in the static dissipative range. It maintains its strength and stiffness while preventing static discharge during assembly and packaging operations, minimizing the risk of human contact with static charge.

BOETEK™ Static Control 48-SD is compression-molded and fully annealed, providing excellent dimensional stability, which makes it ideal for intricate CNC-machined components.
