Shipping Rates Policy
All ecommerce orders are processed using an up-front shipping price that is determined at the time of checkout for LTL or Small Parcel freight. These rates are calculated in real-time based on size and weight with a shipping carrier such as FedEx or UPS. At the time of checkout, the customer will be able to select their preferred priority and shipping method from our shipping calculator.
Shipping / Lead-Time Policy
All in stock items typically ship same day if the order is placed by 3PM central standard time, orders placed later in the day for in-stock items may ship the following day. Items that are back-ordered will ship when they become available from production, in the event an item is back-ordered the customer will be notified by our sales department with details on lead-times and potentially alternative options to expedite their shipment.
RMA Number Required - All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number and will not be accepted without prior authorization, please contact your Boedeker Plastics, Inc. Inside Sales Representative at 1-800-444-3485 to obtain an RMA number.
Only standard sheet, rod, tube and film can be returned and are subject to the 30% restocking fee. Standard sheet, rod, tube or film that has been modified in any way cannot be returned. Machined parts, custom cut-to-size materials or special ordered non-stock items cannot be returned.
Note: Cut-to-size sheet, rod, tube and film are identified by CS for Cut Sheet, CR for Cut Rod, CT for Cut Tube, and CF for Cut Film. An example of a cut sheet part number would be CS100-01000-12X12. Standard sizes are identified with an S for Sheet, R for Rod, T for Tube, and F for a film. An example of a standard sheet part number is S100-01000-48X120.
Material or parts that are defective will be replaced and are not subject to a restocking fee. Defective material is subject to material replacement only and no additional credit for labor or machining costs will be issued. Please contact your Boedeker Plastics, Inc. Inside Sales Representative at 1-800-444-3485 if you believe your material or parts are defective.
Items that are authorized for return must be returned to Boedeker Plastics, Inc. within 30 days. Returns that are over 30 days past the date of delivery may not be accepted and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus additional costs if required for reconditioning and repacking. Return freight costs are the customer’s responsibility. Credit is issued after the product is received and inspected at our facility. Credit is issued for the material costs only, freight charges or labor charges associated with the Authorized Return will not be included in the return credit balance, except in cases where the material is defective.
Damaged Goods & Shortages
Any claims for shortage or breakage for any reason, must be made within 24 hours from date of receipt.
IMPORTANT - Inspect your shipment before signing for your package – if the shipment is damaged refuse delivery to receive a replacement. For damaged items received you must contact the freight carrier and make a claim with the freight company in 24 hours or less from the received delivery date. Please contact your Boedeker Plastics, Inc. Inside Sales Representative at 1-800-444-3485 with the claim number provided by the freight company for review and further action.
Any cancellation must be made in writing via confirmed e-mail within 4 hours of order placement. A 30% Order Cancellation Fee may be assessed.
