Note: Ecommerce is only available for customers that reside in the 50 United States at this time, except for customers that have a bill to or ship to in the state of California. Due to Prop 65 we are unable to process orders via ecommerce for California based customers. All customers from California and in all countries outside of the United States can submit quotes by registering with Boedeker Plastics, Inc. online and submitting quotes through our online system once they have registered, all orders can be placed using our toll-free number, 1-800-444-3485 or electronically with our Inside Sales Team.

IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY

RMA Number Required - All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number and will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact your Boedeker Plastics, Inc. Inside Sales Representative at 1-800-444-3485 to obtain an RMA number.

Only standard sheet, rod, tube, and film can be returned and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Standard sheet, rod, tube, or film that has been modified in any way cannot be returned. Machined parts, custom cut-to-size materials, or special ordered non-stock items cannot be returned.

Note: Cut-to-size sheet, rod, tube, and film are identified by CS for Cut Sheet, CR for Cut Rod, CT for Cut Tube, and CF for Cut Film. An example of a cut sheet part number would be CS100-01000-12X12. Standard sizes are identified with an S for Sheet, R for Rod, T for Tube, and F for Film. An example of a standard sheet part number is S100-01000-48X120.

For all ecommerce orders for cut-to-size sheets, the width and length are cut to nominal dimensions to maximize yields, resulting in widths and lengths that can be undersized by up to .200 inches. For example, a 6.000 x 6.000-inch sheet could be supplied at 5.800 x 5.800 inches for a nominal cut. For all ecommerce orders for cut-to-size rods, the length is cut to a nominal dimension, resulting in a length that can be undersized by up to .200 inches for a nominal cut. All cut-to-size items are non-refundable (see above for instructions on identifying a cut-to-size part number). Please contact us if you require a precision cut on your width or length dimensions or specify it at the time of order.
