General Info

TECAPEEK® XP-100 is a bearing grade PEEK with 10% graphite, 10% PTFE, and 10% carbon fiber. These additives along with the PEEK polymer give XP-100 enhanced wear and lower friction properties along with improved strength making it an ideal fit for high temperature, high pressure bearing and wear applications.

All TECAPEEK® XP grades are compression molded available in over twenty different blends utilizing VICTREX™ PEEK resin for a wide variety of applications in a wide range of sheet, rod, tube & disk sizes to choose from. Compression molded TECAPEEK® XP offers uniform physical properties and fewer molded-in stress than other processes.
