General Info

Acetal Copolymer Blue FDA Compliant POM-C, manufactured under the trade name Sustarin® C FDA Blue, is an engineering thermoplastic designed for food processing, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications. It offers excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance, and low moisture absorption, ensuring reliability and longevity. The material is FDA and USDA-compliant, making it suitable for direct food contact.

Acetal Copolymer Blue / Sustarin® C FDA Blue is a distinctive Ultramarine Blue color similar to RAL 5002. It enhances traceability and contamination prevention and makes it visually detectable to vision systems.

Thanks to its dimensional stability and low coefficient of friction, it is used in typical applications, including conveyor components, bottle handling parts, and various machinery in food processing.

Available in blue acetal sheets and rods, Acetal Copolymer Blue is ideal for precision components like gears, bearings, and valve parts, meeting stringent industry standards for safety and performance.
