General Info

BOETEK® PR-10211 Bearing Grade CM PEEK is a compression-molded PEEK formulated with PTFE, graphite, and carbon fiber additives for demanding bearing and wear applications. This high-performance bearing grade provides low friction, excellent wear resistance, and good tribological performance at elevated temperatures and medium loads and speeds against metal mating surfaces.

BOETEK® PR-10211 combines the thermal and mechanical performance of PEEK with a lubricated, carbon fiber-reinforced formulation designed for sliding and wear components. Typical properties include continuous use temperature up to 490°F, a heat deflection temperature of 480°F, a compressive strength of 20,000 psi, and low 24-hour water absorption of 0.07%. These properties make it well suited for demanding applications where strength, dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and wear performance are important.

Typical applications include bearings, bushings, thrust washers, wear pads, pistons, piston rings, wear rings, mechanical seals, and other sliding and wear components used in pumps, valves, reciprocating and turbo compressors, oil & gas equipment, aerospace systems, and industrial equipment. BOETEK® PR-10211 is available in compression-molded PEEK sheet, rod, and tube for CNC-machined parts and is made in the USA.
