Absylux® ABS FR, offered by Boedeker Plastics, is a high-performance flame-retardant Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene engineered for demanding applications requiring mechanical durability and fire safety. This enhanced ABS material achieves UL94 V-0 flammability rating in thicknesses as thin as 0.0625”, making it an ideal choice for electronic housings, enclosures, and structural parts in environments where fire resistance is critical. 

Manufactured using compression molding, Absylux® ABS FR delivers exceptional dimensional stability, even under stress or thermal cycling. Additional benefits include excellent dielectric properties, reliable impact resistance, and consistent machinability.
