TECAPEEK® PVX is a high-performance bearing material that incorporates the properties of PEEK with optimum levels of specific wear enhancing additives. This formulation increases the continuous use temperature and increases the limiting PV while maintaining excellent chemical resistance. When used as a non-metallic bearing, TECAPEEK® PVX offers a superb range of tribiological performance. It is designed to run at high loads and speeds, in hostile environments, either dry or lubricated.

Manufacturer Trade Names

In many cases the manufacturer of the shape has their own product trade name. If your specification calls for a specific resin grade or manufacturer trade name, we can supply a shape made from that resin to meet your specification or suggest an equal. If you require a specific resin or brand it must be specified at the time of order.
