XP-267 Proprietary PTFE modified compound was developed for oil and gas applications where PFA impregnated 3-D asbestos fabric were used in ram seals and other sealing elements.
XP-267 - Compound is especially well suited in Cyclic Steam Stimulation and Steam Flooding Wells. Ensinger XP-267 is a proprietary compound that is resistant to oil filled chemicals, gases, steam and other completion or production fluids and is suitable for temperatures up to 325 C based on field trials where properly designed/backed up XP-267 seals have performed successfully at 2,000-3,000 psi in Ram Seals and 15,000 psi in Stem and Packer Chevron Seals.
XP-267 is a unique Proprietary PTFE modified compound which is dimensionally stable and resistant to deformation and creep at high temperatures and pressures. XP-267 is compression molded and machinable into complex geometries.

- Low and repeatable friction during long periods in the loaded position
- Longer seal life due to improved stability and abrasion resistance of the compound due to proprietary formulation of organic inorganic modifiers and the higher performance base resin
