General Info

ZL® 1100 T is an internally lubricated Type 6 nylon containing uniformly dispersed solid lubricant additives, allowing proper bearing function even without external lubrication. ZL® 1100 T has the lowest coefficient of friction, lowest wear rate, highest PV (pressure x velocity) capability and the lowest “slip-stick” of any standard engineering thermoplastic material! Color is gray.
