General Info

XtremeEPP 316 is a non-metallic spinning wheel for the metal forming industry that offers precision surface finishes.  Available as a near net cut to size solid disks that can be machined to the most common spinning wheel sizes.  Unlike metal wheels the Xtremeepp 316 rollers meet and exceeds the industry finish expectations for reflective and cosmically appealing products along with precision spun components. OEM Compatibility with Leifeld®, M&M®, Autospin® & Denn®.  Our proprietary polymer maintains its performance over other polymer wheels in lifetime. It also exceeds the performance over basic nylon, acetal & fiber filled products by as much as 5 to 6X.

Key Properties

  • Advantages over metal wheels: The hardness and wear characteristics of the 316 rollers produces a high-quality finish. Unlike metal wheels the 316 rollers meet and exceeds the industry finish expectations for reflective and cosmically appealing products along with precision spun components.
  • Throughput advantages over metal wheels: The 316 maintains its machined shape to reduce down-time for longer run times keeping your CNC machines $pinning.
  • 316 vs. other polymer wheels: The 316 proprietary polymer offers customers a cost effective long-lasting roller solution for the CNC spinning market today, designed to meet the customers overall needs –Cost –Quality -Performance.
  • Lifetime advantage: Our proprietary polymer maintains its performance over other polymer wheels. It also exceeds the performance over basic nylon, acetal & fiber filled products by a much higher performance ratio.
