General Info
XtremeEPP™ Buoyancy Composites are engineered syntactic composites that are available in various densities for a wide range of applications & depths. Available in off the shelf blocks or finished parts.
MZ, BZ, AZ & HZ Grades - Our highest performance grades which are named after the Mesopelagic
(MZ), Bathypelagic (BZ), Abyssopelagic (AZ), and Hadal (HZ) aquatic
zones they are engineered for. These grades offer the lowest density
materials for depths ranging from surface to 10,000 meters.
SF Grade - Is a cost-effective option for applications where the absolute lowest
density is not critical in depths from surface to 6,000 meters.
MacroFoam Grade - Engineered with macro-spheres offering the lowest density in depths from shallow to 1,600 meters.

Resin Trade Names
Manufacturer Trade Names
Boedeker Plastics, Inc. stocks & supplies plastic sheet, rod, tube, film and custom profiles and machine parts from these shapes that are produced from plastic resin. In many cases the manufacturer of the shape has their own product trade name. If your specification calls for a specific resin grade or manufacturer trade name, we can supply a shape made from that resin to meet your specification or suggest an equal. If you require a specific resin or brand it must be specified at the time of order.
