XtremeEPP XU2 Ultraspin² is a non-metallic spinning wheel for the metal forming industry that has set a new standard for precision surface finishes. Available as a near net tube that can be machined to the most common spinning wheel sizes. The hardness and wear characteristics of the XU2 rollers produces a high quality finish. Unlike metal wheels the Xtremeepp Ultraspin² rollers meets and exceeds the industry finish expectations for reflective and cosmically appealing products along with precision spun components. OEM Compatibility with Leifeld®, M&M®, Autospin® & Denn®. Our proprietary polymer maintains its performance over other PAI wheels in lifetime by 4 to 1. It also exceeds the performance over basic nylon, acetal & fiber filled products by as much as 8X.
