GEHR PSU™ Natural is a high-performance, amorphous polysulfone (PSU) plastic rod renowned for its thermal stability, chemical resistance, and dielectric properties. Operating reliably across a broad temperature range from -148°F to 320°F (-100°C to 160°C), this material is well-suited for applications that demand durability in challenging environments.
Its high mechanical strength, combined with outstanding resistance to hydrolysis and radiation, makes it a popular choice for medical devices, electrical components, and industrial equipment. While PSU offers exceptional clarity and toughness, it should be noted that it has a moderate notch impact strength.

If your specification calls for a specific resin grade or manufacturer trade name, we can supply a shape made from that resin to meet your specification or suggest an equal. If you require a specific resin or brand it must be specified at the time of order.
