General Info

VICTREX™ 450CA30 PEEK is a 30% carbon fiber reinforced PEEK, offering high strength and stiffness over virgin unfilled PEEK for applications demanding strength, wear and abrasion resistance, and outstanding chemical resistance.

These properties, along with excellent dimensional stability with low moisture absorption and low CLTE, make it ideal for tight tolerance in demanding structural, bearing, and wear applications. This grade has a higher thermal conductivity than virgin unfilled PEEK, which increases heat dissipation from bearing surfaces, improving bearing life and capability.
