General Info

CORZAN® CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) is an amorphous thermoplastic renowned for its use in structural applications. It offers superior chemical resistance and has an operating range of -15°F (-26°C) to 200°F (94°C), making it ideal for a variety of demanding environments. It is available in sheet, rod, tube, custom profiles, and as machined or fabricated parts, ensuring versatility for industrial and commercial applications.

Benefits:

CORZAN® CPVC provides enhanced performance at a lower price point than PVDF, featuring improved chemical resistance, higher temperature resistance up to 200°F, and broader pH range capabilities. Structural parts made from CORZAN® CPVC benefit from its chemical resistance, V-0 flammability rating, and ease of fabrication, resulting in increased safety and longer part life in self-supporting structural applications. These benefits are particularly valuable in the chemical processing, semiconductor, water and wastewater, energy, and other high-tech industries.

Manufacturer Trade Names

Boedeker Plastics, Inc. stocks & supplies plastic sheet, rod, tube, film and custom profiles and machine parts from these shapes that are produced from plastic resin. In many cases the manufacturer of the shape has their own product trade name. If your specification calls for a specific resin grade or manufacturer trade name, we can supply a shape made from that resin to meet your specification or suggest an equal. If you require a specific resin or brand it must be specified at the time of order.
