Adding VICTREX AM™ filaments builds on that foundation, giving customers with industrial 3D printing capabilities two proven options for producing high-temperature, high-performance printed parts using Victrex LMPAEK and PEEK.
ABOUT VICTREX AM™ 200 FIL (LMPAEK)
VICTREX AM™ 200 FIL is a next-generation LMPAEK filament, based on a modified PEEK chemistry from Victrex and engineered specifically for additive manufacturing.
VICTREX AM™ 200 FIL offers an expanded temperature window for layer adhesion and crystallization, making it significantly easier to print than traditional PEEK. It offers nearly identical mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties. The result is improved interlayer bonding and more consistent part performance, especially for complex or load-bearing designs.
AM™ 200 FIL is well-suited for functional prototypes and structural components that require printability and performance to coexist.
ABOUT VICTREX AM™ 450 FIL (PEEK)
VICTREX AM™ 450 FIL is based on VICTREX™ 450G PEEK polymer, delivering the trusted performance of PEEK in filament form for filament fusion and other melt-extrusion 3D printing processes.
As a semi-crystalline PEEK material, AM™ 450 FIL provides:
- Excellent mechanical strength at elevated temperatures
- Outstanding chemical and wear resistance
- Proven performance for demanding industrial environments
This filament is ideal for end-use parts, tooling, and components where long-term reliability is critical.
