General Info

BOETEK® T-247 Bearing Grade CM PAI is a compression-molded bearing and wear grade Polyamide-Imide (PAI) formulated with graphite and PTFE lubricants for demanding pump, valve, compressor, and sealing applications. Designed for reciprocating motion under high loads and low speeds, BOETEK® T-247 provides excellent wear resistance, low friction, and reliable performance in severe-service applications where conventional bearing materials may experience excessive wear.

Typical applications include compressor piston rings, labby seals, rider rings, wear rings, valve seats, valve components, mechanical seals, rod packing rings, bushings, bearings, thrust washers, and other high-load wear components. 

BOETEK® T-247 is an excellent choice for engineers seeking compression-molded PAI, bearing-grade PAI, wear-resistant PAI, graphite-filled PAI, PTFE-lubricated PAI, compressor plastics, pump wear materials, valve seat materials, and high-performance plastic bearing materials.
