General Info

XtremeEPP Bearing Grade PPS PFAS Free is a high-performance PPS PolyPhenylene Sulfide that is engineered for industrial applications that demand PFAS-free materials. It is reinforced with carbon fiber, graphite, and a proprietary PFAS-free lubricant, making it an environmentally friendly choice. 

This PPS material exhibits a low coefficient of thermal expansion and exceptional chemical resistance, making it ideal for wear applications and situations where an electrically conductive material is required. Its physical properties include a tensile strength of 12,500 psi, a flexural strength of 10,000 psi, and a hardness rating of Shore D 89, providing excellent durability and performance. 

Additionally, it has a high-temperature tolerance with a continuous use temperature of up to 490°F and a low coefficient of friction, making it suitable for demanding applications.​
