It has been used in a wide range of applications for weight reduction and offers easier handling and new lighter weight design possibilities. Foamlite® P can provide an "integrated hinge" by cutting a 90° degree V notch into the sheet surface. Foamlite® P can be produced in the color shade grey RAL 7032 matching exactly the color of tanks made from Polystone® P grey homopolymer polypropylene.
