Acetron® GP is Mitsubishi Advanced Chemical Materials' (formerly Quadrant EPP) general purpose copolymer acetal and is the only porosity-free acetal product available today. Investments in process technology by Mitsubishi Advanced Chemical Materials now provides the performance and machinability of acetal without center core porosity. There in-line photometric quality procedure assures every plate and rod is porosity-free as measured by Mitsubishi Advanced Chemical Materials' dye penetrant test making it the preferred acetal for food contact and medical applications. Acetron® GP natural is FDA, USDA, NSF, Canada AG and 3A-Dairy compliant.

In many cases the manufacturer of the shape has their own product trade name. If your specification calls for a specific resin grade or manufacturer trade name, we can supply a shape made from that resin to meet your specification or suggest an equal. If you require a specific resin or brand it must be specified at the time of order.
