GEHR PEI™ 30% Glass Fiber Natural Reinforced Rod is a high-performance, amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic engineered for demanding applications requiring enhanced mechanical strength, thermal stability, and dimensional accuracy. Reinforced with 30% glass fiber, this material delivers exceptional rigidity and improved resistance to creep and deformation, even at elevated temperatures up to 171°C (340°F).
Ideal for precision machining, the glass fiber reinforcement enhances torque strength, making it a great choice to replace machined metal components, such as steel, in small parts and assemblies.
