We MUST have your Card Identification Number:

In order for Boedeker Plastics to accept your credit card number as payment for materials or services, you must provide the 3- or 4-digit Card ID Number that is printed on your card. This number is recorded with your order as an additional security precaution. See the diagrams below to locate your CID#.

American Express Card

The Card ID Number is a 4-digit, non-embossed number printed above your account number on the face of your American Express card.

VISA Card

The Card ID Number is the last 3 digits of the non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately following the Visa card account number.

MasterCard

The Card ID Number is the last 3 digits of the non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on the back of the MasterCard.

Discover Card

The Card ID Number is the last 3 digits of the non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on the back of the Discover card.

Help, I can't see my Card Identification Number:

Our commitment to providing you with a secure ordering environment requires that a valid Card Identification Number be provided with each credit card transaction. If you can't see your Card Identification Number on the back of your card, please utilize one of the following options:

Call your Credit Card Company to obtain a new card.
Utilize another payment method.

In the event that you still can't locate your Card Identification Number, your order will require further processing. For Help, please contact us (further processing will still require that a valid CID number be obtained).

NOTE:
If you do not provide your Credit Card Account Number, Expiration Date, and CID Number, we CANNOT process your payment and your material WILL NOT SHIP.
