VectraŽ liquid crystal polymers (LCP) are highly crystalline, thermotropic (melt-orienting)
thermoplastics that can deliver exceptionally precise and stable dimensions, high temperature
performance and chemical resistance in very thin-walled applications.
Ticona has numerous patented LCP polymers that provide a wide range of price/performance options
for many industries. Standard injection moldable grades with glass fibers and/or mineral
reinforcements are available, along with specialty grades for applications requiring platability,
improved lubricity, static dissipation and a whole host of other specific performance requirements.
