QuickSilver Means Business
If you're in business, you're there to make a profit! Downtime from equipment failure and wasted time because of poor equipment performance can work against you.
QuickSilver truck lining systems offer the serious truck owner a serious business advantage. If you're missing loads, you're missing dollars. Materials that stick in your truck beds are costing you full loads, fuel dollars, wasted driver time cleaning beds and that extra load you might be able to run at the end of the day. If you're carrying 2,000 pounds back in the nose of the trailer, you're hauling it for free. That extra load that could mean the difference between breaking even and making a profit.
A QuickSilver lining delivers smooth, reliable cleanouts, load after load. From the driver who owns his own truck, to large fleets, to municipalities, customers who have installed QuickSilver can testify how they have made money with their QuickSilver linings.
QuickSilver Means Quick Release
Sticky, wet, frozen loads mean wasted manhours, possible equipment damage and unsafe working situations. Running with a QuickSilver liner enables you to help eliminate damaging backhoe cleanouts, high pressure washes and costly dumping methods like "slam-dumping".
Aluminum and steel beds stick. Even stainless steel will stick. QuickSilver's special formula provides a super lubricated surface that helps move even the most difficult materials.
From abrasive phosphates, to wet ore concentrates, to hot asphalt, to frozen coal and flyash...QuickSilver offers a slick solution to keeping you moving, not shoveling truck beds.
QuickSilver Means Safer Trips
Because of its super slick surface, a QuickSilver lining means predictable cleanouts. Lower dump angles are possible because material quickly moves away from the bulkhead and dumps smoothly and completely. How important is a liner? Ask Larry Spaulding from All Star Rock:
" We're hauling copper concentrate or gold ore. The ore can go from being very slippery to not slippery at all. If you have 25 tons of copper ore up in the air, 50 feet up, at night, on an uneven surface, you need to know that it's going to let loose. If it hangs up, it can get really serious. Particularly if you've got 2 or 3 trucks all dumping side by side. The QuickSilver liner is the most critical piece of equipment I have in dumping. "
QuickSilver Means Year-Round Work

What's QuickSilver Made Of?
QuickSilver is an industrial strength polymer that was developed, researched and tested by the world's largest manufacturer of TIVAR-UHMW polymer, Quadrant Engineering Plastic Products. A special formulation gives it a super slick surface that provides a continuous lubrication. Its ultra-high impact strength has been tested to -100°F without cracking or breaking. Abrasive materials, hot asphalt, sticky sludge, frozen coal will all move faster and smoother on QuickSilver.
How Does QuickSilver Compare?
QuickSilver outlasts standard UHMW-Pe, aluminum, steel and reprocessed UHMW-PE in many cases. It's also lighter weight than metals, making it an excellent wear-resistant surface for dump and trailer liners while adding minimal weight.
