General Information
KYDEX V sheet is a recycled grade of a proprietary thermoplastic sheet that is cost competitive with other grades of thermoplastic sheet while offering improved performance. It is particularly well suited for hidden or painted parts since it has some degree of color variability. It is only available in black and in thicknesses from .040" (1mm) and up in a limited number of textures.

KYDEX V sheet is offered in gauges from .040" (1mm) and up.
KYDEX V sheet is available in roll stock in .040" (1mm) and in sheet stock over the entire thickness range.
It is available in three textures: P-1 Haircell, PC Level Haircell, and P-F Levant.
THERMOFORMABILITY : Excellent forming properties results in uniform wall thicknesses and crisp detail, plus easy machining and fabricating using conventional methods, further expanding finished part possibilities.
RIPH: KYDEX is endorsed by the Royal Institute of Public Health for conformance to the standard of Hygienic Merit
