The Kureha Chemical Corporation's proprietary carbon filler is the
secret to this new ultraclean Krefine ESD PEEK.
The material is produced to your exact surface resistivity
requirements, ranging from
106 to 1012.
The carbon filler is extremely homogenous throughout the material.
This means no conductive or insulative hot or cold spots. The milled carbon
fiber filler is also much easier to machine than conventional carbon fillers.
The carbon filler is extremely clean. You will not experience the
sloughing which has typically been associated with carbon powder.
This material is available in thin sheet and small diameter rod forms only and
is BLACK in color.
